1、 General return policy：

1. All goods sold in STKSHOP are selection by us rigorous and carefully, try our best to sold high-quality and cost-effective products, STKSHOP national policy for the sale of goods to fulfill the warranty, replacement and refund obligations.
2. Any Quality problems, ask for refund in 7 days, replace  in 15 days, repair in warranty mentioned in goods describetion, most are 1 year or 2 years, customs need to pay the back shipment.
3. If customers buy the wrong item or two many by mistake or don't like the goods, we accept refund , but must base on the packet is still ok and the attachments are complete, and we need to charge 10% fees, and we did not pay the shipping ment.

2、 the following goods are not entitled to 7, 15 days return policy (limited products)

1. Commodity chips and components
2. Products easy to wear and tear 
3. Software and service products

3、 the following is not returned, no replacement

1. Not sold by stkshop,(for example , wrong sn number).
2. Out  of date for return and replacement.
3. Unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, into the liquid, accident, alteration, incorrect installation of the goods caused by quality problems, or torn up, altered labels, machine serial number, security mark, not returns service area;
4. Package goods, accessories, incomplete statement, or warranty, invoices of any missing or altered, STKSHOP return policies do not provide any services;
5. The quality of non-commodity itself, such as: compatibility issues, for color, appearance, shape, etc. are not satisfied with the problem, not a quality issue, not returns the range of services;
6. Normal wear and tear of goods, not returns the range of services;

1. Because of the specificity of electronic products, if improperly used, causing damage, STKSHOP responsible for the maintenance, not in the scope of returns
